New site design and update! It has taken me over a month to complete due to various reasons beyond my control =D but the newer, more sleeker jewellery site has finally gone live. I’ve been working in the background on a whole new look and have performed some much needed tweaking which hopefully makes the site much easier to use. Some of the new features include the ability to bookmark items and a currency converter for international customers.

Previous visitors will also notice an improvement with the jewellery pictures. I wasn’t happy with the quality or the greyish backgrounds of the other ones so I invested in some photography equipment and away I went (with the help of my beloved best friend Gaz, who I owe a humongous thank you to). This has also been consuming all my time (the picture taking that is, not Gaz =D) but it has definitely been worth it.

After all the madness, I still managed to make some new pieces. These are the newest additions to the Perlina Handmade Jewellery site. I have a few more to list but I’m currently working on the images for them, they will be added over the next few weeks.

July and August are my favourite months of the year. Summer is in full swing [although when I started writing this post, it was actually pouring with rain...] and everyone is happy.

And as a contrast to a quiet March, I’ve been extremely busy with both the jewellery making and sending. This is wonderful as the more pieces I sell, the more motivation I have to make more items!
