I’m feeling rather chuffed at this very moment as my Sweet As Candy bracelet is making an appearance in this months issue of Knitting magazine! As soon as I get a copy, I’ll post it to the main jewellery web site. I’m really hoping that it could be the first of many. Recently, I have been a little behind in trying to keep up with blogging about all the new additions to the Perlina Handmade Jewellery web site because the blog came after the main site. I can only get down on my hands and knees and beg for forgiveness for this, he he!

There has been quite a mixture of different styles behind the recent pieces I have been making. These earrings have a lovely oriental look about them as they are made from blue and white, hand-painted porcelain beads. And the black glass beads with encased pink and green flowers reminds me of a lovely pattern found on Japanese kimono’s.

This pearl bracelet and earrings set have more of an elegant 1940’s look about them and come in a really pretty shade of blue and white.
